1Do you help with real estate?
We will provide and assist your team with real estate site selection, lease negotiation assistance and review.

Yes, we will assist you with your Restaurant once the lease is executed.

5Do you provide financing to your franchise community?
We do not currently offer financing.
6What is the process to become a franchisee?
The first step is to reach out and have a phone interview. After this you will be sent the Baqba Mexican Grill Franchise application. Once this if returned and processed then we will send you the Franchise Disclosure Document. After the 14-day period is completed then we will schedule a day of discovery in So California. This is a time for us to get to know each other. We both need to know we are a good fit for each other. Should you have our Baqba Mexican Grill DNA we will prep the Franchise Agreement. The franchise fee will be duo at signing of agreement. Once the agreement has been signed, we will commence assisting you with real estate. Once lease has been executed then we will assist you with construction. About the same time, we will schedule your training in So California. We will schedule your opening date with support from our operations department.
