Of The Object.

VII. Legislación Y Jurisdicción Aplicable.

The relationship between the USER and Héctor Gerardo Erami Trujillo shall be governed by the laws of Mexico, specifically those of Baja California. Any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or application of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the aforementioned state.
